Booth package:

Property exhibitors will receive a display stand that includes a shell scheme 3 m wide x 2.5 m deep x 2.5 m high
 

Included in each booth:

3 sides panel system
Fascia board with sticker cutout co. & booth no.
1 x Information counter (PF01,1030L x 535W x 750H mm)
2 x Black Leather Chair (CC05)
1 x Lockable Cabinet (PF03), same size as PF01
1 x round Coffee Table (800mm diameter x 750H mm, black)
1 x 40W Fluorescent Tube
1 x Waste Paper Basket
1 x 13Amp Socket (max 500w)
2 x 100w spotlights

Exhibition Directory

Exhibitors will get one page of A5 size display in the Exhibition Directory for free per booth taken. The directory will be distributed to all visitors to the show.

Registration & Free Database

All visitors to the Exhibition will be required to register to enter the room. These registrants will be entered into a database which, after the show is over, will be provided to all exhibitors free of charge.

Opening Cocktail Party

An opening cocktail party for all exhibitors and invited guests will be held on the evening of the 11 November 2006. This will allow each exhibitor the chance to invite special guests.

Free Drinks

Coffee, tea and water is served free of charge all through the show. Free drinks including wine, beer and soft drinks are available after 5pm during 11-12 November at the cocktail bar counter.
