The 5th annual Phuket & Samui Property Exhibition is back — with a difference:

With new spice, new destinations, the latest developments, and first-time opportunities for those eager to be in the forefront.

 To give investors a greater variety of choice investment in lifestyle and property, emerging destinations in other parts of Thailand have been added, making this 5th annual show the Phuket, Samui & Thailand Property Exhibition

Learning from the success in May 2006 of the first regional exhibition — which brought diverse and interesting destinations such as Bali, Sri Lanka, North Queensland, Chiang Mai, and Lombok together — the organizers understand that Hong Kong investors, wearied by the constant parade of property exhibitions to their shores, are looking for exciting new destinations and opportunities. Thus, this year’s exhibition will include:

Phuket & Samui plus Krabi, Chiang Mai, Pattaya 

A selective range of properties will be on display, from single-unit apartments to larger, more luxurious villas by the beach and in the mountains. A number of properties will be showing here for the first time, offering early-bird opportunities.

Expert speakers will be available for seminars & private consultations, and will address the questions everyone is now asking about Thailand: new ownership legalities and political stability. Speakers' names will be published in the South China Morning Post prior to the event.
