On-the-spot sales of villas, too
Three of the exhibitors managed to close villa sales right there at the Exhibition — some of them cold, to walk-in visitors. That isn’t supposed to happen, not in the real world of normal exhibitions. Phulay Heights (Krabi, Thailand) sold two villas over the Saturday-Sunday show, with a third likely. The Mangosteen (Phuket, Thailand) booth saw the sale of a pre-agented villa on Saturday. On Sunday, to their considerable satisfaction, they sold two more cold to walk in visitors. The third exhibitor to make a confirmed sale was SEA Properties in Phuket, who sold a house in Baan Phrang Thong community and a condo in Rawai Condominium. And, said Norbert Witthinrich, MD of SEA, “we expect to make another sale from a visitor coming down to Phuket next week.”
