Booth package (Concord Room)

Exhibitors will receive a display stand that includes a shell scheme 3 m wide x 2.5 m deep x 2.5 m high or 3 m wide x 2 m deep x 2.5 m high.

Exhibition Directory

Exhibitors will get one page of A5 size display in the Exhibition Directory for free per booth taken. The directory will be distributed to all visitors to the show.

Registration & Free Database

All visitors to the TROPICAL Plus PROPERTY EXHIBITION will be required to register to enter the room. These registrants will be entered into a database which, after the show is over, will be provided to all exhibitors free of charge.

Opening Cocktail Party

An opening cocktail party for all exhibitors and invited guests will be held on the evening of the 19th May 2007 staring from 6pm. This will allow each exhibitor the chance to invite special guests.

Catering

Coffee, tea and water is available free of charge all throughout the exhibition provided at the Oasis room.
